If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, for EU customers or 28 day for outside EU customers which, in acordance with the distance selling regulations.
All sale, discuonted or promotional item/s must be returned within 7 day from the date of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days for EU customers or 28 day for outside EU customers.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS
- The product is not in original packaging
- The product is used or damaged
- Tags are removed
- Smell perfume, smoke or any other odour.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for – Underwear, Tights, Socks, Earrings, Swimwear and beuty products.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from minkona.com.
International customers please ask for proof of postage , so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you will have proof you have sent it ,this proof will be required.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us within 24hrs of reciving the good for immediately assistance.
Sale, discounted or promotional items
Sale discounted or promotional items can be refunded within 7 days from the date of receipt.
We do not offer an exchange, if you need item a different size , color simply place new order.
WHEN I GOT MY REFUND
Please allow up to 14 days for your returned parcel to be recived.
All item/s proply returned under this policy and passes inspections are eligible for a refund.
WHAT IF I RETURNED MY PARCEL TOO LATE
Items returned after 14 day period for EU customers or 28 day for outside EU customers will not be accepted and resent to the original delivery address.
The item must be claimed within 14 days of the customer being notified of rejected return. Tese goods will be returned back to the customer and customer will incur the carriage charge. If this charge is not made, the goods will be destroyed. We kindly ask our customers to be carful when trying on so this proces can be avoided.
